These cheats can be repeated, so you can stack as many +15% to the manpower
that you want. Or always be maxed out at 100 for your Army and Naval Tradition.

Restore merchants booted out of COT's:
--------------------------------------
NOTE: There are 3 codes here. To activate them, type "event 1", "event 2", and "event 3"
respectively. Event 1 adds 1 merchant to a random COT, event 2 adds 2 merchants, and event
3 adds 3 merchants. The new merchants are cued up imediately. On the next day the merchants
compete for the spot. If they are successful, they are added to the COT they were sent to.
It takes just one day to find out if you were successful. These codes place merchants only
in COT where you have 4 merchants or less.
